This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Seller whose information is provided below and the Buyer who places an order electronically through the www.thezyncwear.com website, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Seller:
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.
The type, kind, quantity, sales price, payment and delivery information of the products are as specified in the information approved by the Buyer during the order process.
The products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer during the order process via a courier company within the legal period. The delivery period is specified on the product page.
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be submitted to the Seller within this period.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged
Products that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
Products whose tags have been removed or which have lost their resalability
If the right of withdrawal is duly exercised, the product shall be returned to the Seller. The price of the returned product shall be refunded within no later than 14 days after the product reaches the Seller, using the same payment method used by the Buyer.
Payment transactions are carried out through secure payment infrastructures. Credit card information is not stored by the Seller.
In disputes that may arise from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
By placing an order through the www.thezyncwear.com website, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement. The Agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically.
