If you do not have an account:
You can create a return request through the Order Tracking section on the homepage by entering your order number and the e-mail address you used when placing the order.
Once the return request has been created, the process continues through the system. After the product reaches us, the necessary checks are carried out, and if the return conditions are deemed appropriate, the refund process is initiated.
