1. Right of Withdrawal (Return)
In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Sales, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any justification and without paying any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be submitted to us via [email protected] within this period.
2. Return Conditions
Products to be returned must:
Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
Be sent with the original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any)
Not have lost their resalability. Returns of products that do not meet these conditions are not accepted.
3. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Sales;
Products prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs
Hygienic products such as underwear, swimwear, and bikini bottoms (if the packaging has been opened) cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
4. Exchange Conditions
Size or color exchange requests are evaluated based on stock availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the date of product delivery.
For exchange transactions, the product must comply with the return conditions.

6. Return Shipping Fees
In returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the return shipping fee belongs to the consumer.
If the product is sent defective, faulty, or incorrect, the return shipping fee will be covered by us.
7. Refund
Following the arrival of the returned product at our facility, the necessary inspections are carried out.
Once the return is approved, the product price is refunded to the consumer within 14 days, in accordance with the payment method used.
The refund period may vary depending on the bank and payment institutions.
