DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between the Seller, whose information is provided below, and the Buyer, who places an order electronically via the website www.thezyncwear.com, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Sales.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller's website.

3. Product Information

The type, quantity, sale price, payment, and delivery information of the products are as specified in the information approved by the Buyer at the time of the order.

4. Delivery

Products shall be delivered via a courier company to the address provided by the Buyer during the order process within the legal time limits. The delivery period is specified on the product page.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product without providing any justification and without paying any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the Seller within this period.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products.

  • Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

  • Products with removed tags or those that have lost their resalability.

    7. Returns

In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised properly, the product shall be returned to the Seller. The product price shall be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days at the latest after the product reaches the Seller, using the same payment method used by the Buyer.

8. Payment

Payment transactions are carried out through secure payment infrastructures. Credit card information is not stored by the Seller.

9. Dispute Resolution

In disputes that may arise from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

10. Enforcement

By placing an order on the website www.thezyncwear.com, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement. This Agreement enters into force on the date it is electronically approved.
